The terms that apply when you use sleepstationeg.com and buy from us.

These terms apply to sleepstationeg.com, run by Sleep Station, an Egyptian bedding manufacturer. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You need to be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian do it with you. The site is for buying products for your own use. If you want to buy for a hotel or business, contact us for wholesale terms.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.
Orders
After you place an order you get an order number starting with SS-. For cash on delivery, we call you to confirm the order before we ship it. An order is only final once we have confirmed it.
We may cancel an order if we can't reach you to confirm it, if the product is out of stock, or if the price shown was clearly a mistake. If you already paid by card, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Delivery is added at checkout, based on your governorate. Prices can change, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
You can pay cash on delivery, or by card through Paymob when card payment is available.
Delivery
We deliver to every governorate we list at checkout. The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Some villages may be delivered to the nearest point in the closest city.
Returns
You can inspect your order before paying, and return or exchange it within 14 days. The full details are in our returns and exchanges policy.
Product details
We photograph and measure our own products, and we try hard to get every size and colour right. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you allow us to show it on the site and on our social media pages. We won't publish your phone number or full name without asking.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Sleep Station. You can't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Liability
We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as courier strikes or road closures. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law (No. 181 of 2018).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If there is a dispute, we will try to resolve it with you directly first. If that isn't possible, it will be settled by the competent courts in Cairo.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.
