Returns and exchanges

You can open every order before you pay, and you have 14 days to return or exchange it.

How long delivery takes

  • Greater Cairo: 48 to 72 hours.
  • Delta governorates: 3 to 4 days.
  • Upper Egypt: 4 to 5 days.

Delivery into villages is difficult, so we deliver to the nearest point in the town and agree the spot with you before setting off.

Check your order at the door

Our courier will wait while you open the package. Check the size, the colour and the product itself against what you ordered. If anything is wrong, hand it back to the courier and you pay nothing, including delivery.

14 days to return or exchange

You can ask to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.

The product has to come back the way it reached you: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If the fault is ours

We cover the return completely when the product:

  • has a manufacturing defect
  • is a different size from the one you ordered
  • doesn't match its description or photos on the site

If a defect only shows up after you have started using the product, tell us within 3 months of delivery and we will look into it.

If you changed your mind

You can still return it within the 14 days, as long as it is unused and in its packaging. In that case the delivery cost of collecting it from you is deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Call or WhatsApp us on 01017159471 with your order number (it starts with SS-), or email info@sleepstationeg.com.

  1. A courier collects the product within 3 working days of your request.
  2. We inspect it within 2 working days of it reaching us.
  3. We call you with the result and send your refund.

If the inspection finds the product sound, with none of the fault described, we send it back to you and no refund is made. We call you with the result before doing anything either way.

How you get your money back

You choose one of two options:

  • A refund to your bank account or wallet, sent within 2 working days of the inspection.
  • Store credit worth 120% of what you paid, to spend on anything on the site. A 1,000 EGP product becomes 1,200 EGP of credit.

Card payments can also be refunded to the same card. Your bank decides how long that takes to show on your statement, usually 7 to 14 days.
