A hollow fibre pillow is a comfortable middle ground: soft enough to sink into, springy enough to keep its height.
The filling is made of small, rounded balls of hollow fibre wrapped in a layer of soft fibre. The balls move freely inside the pillow, so a quick shake in the morning brings it back to full height.
